The insurance sector’s largest global festival for culture and talent, Dive In 2025, is now accepting registrations. The free event, taking place from September 16 to 18, 2025, will feature more than 70 hybrid sessions across six continents, with over 40,000 professionals from the insurance and business industries expected to attend.
This year’s festival theme, “Belonging Builds Tomorrow,” will guide sessions exploring the connection between inclusion, belonging, and performance. Discussions will focus on leadership, artificial intelligence, innovation, and other topics considered crucial to global business.
Among the notable speakers for 2025 are Dr. Samantha Hiew, an award-winning communicator and founder of ADHD Girls, and Lily Zheng, a well-known consultant and author. Senior leaders from prominent insurance and law firms are also set to participate, with further high-profile speakers to be announced.
In a statement Trevor Gandy, global head of inclusion and diversity at AXA XL, highlighted the significance of the efforts. “In today’s world, where professionals are seeking purpose-driven careers and social impact matters more than ever, inclusive leadership, at all levels, is essential to attracting talent,” he said.
Many sessions will be Continuing Professional Development (CPD)-accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), enabling participants to count their attendance towards professional development hours.
Wallace Wang, APAC & EMEA diversity, equity and inclusion director at RGA, highlighted the value of professional growth opportunities. “Talent and culture shape every aspect of our work, they’re fundamental, not optional,” he said. “For busy professionals, CPD-accredited events at Dive In 2025 offer a valuable opportunity to deepen understanding in these areas while advancing professional development.
“This is particularly relevant in Asia, where there is growing engagement around topics such as wellbeing, burnout, and neurodiversity – all of which will be explored at this year’s Dive In. These conversations are not just timely; they’re essential to building more inclusive, resilient and profitable workplaces across our region.”
In conjunction with the festival, the “#WhereIBelong” campaign is inviting professionals to share a photograph and caption on LinkedIn or Instagram illustrating where they feel a sense of belonging. The campaign aims to celebrate how belonging can foster improved thinking, stronger teams, and more inclusive workplaces.
